How to send the device
- Call or write and give the brand, model and a description of the fault or error code.
- Pack the device and send it by courier to the workshop address. We accept shipments from all of Europe.
- Include a note with your contact details and a description of the fault.
- We agree the repair price after inspecting the damage.
